India's Disappearing Railways, a retrospective of Angus McDonald's documentary photography, is currently on show at fortyfivedownstairs in Melbourne, with all proceeds going to the Trust.
Striking photographs of the people, landscapes and vibrant colours of India’s unique narrow gauge railways will be on show at Customs House until 22 January next year.
You are cordially invited to the inaugural BURMESE NIGHTS dinner club to support our rural healthcare projects in Myanmar. The Angus McDonald Trust is a charity founded in memory of photojournalist Angus McDonald, and we have to date raised almost £50,000 for our projects.
BURMESE NIGHTS @ Islington Metalworks will specifically raise funds for Burmese flood victims. We'll donate 100% of funds raised to areas declared a state of emergency due to heavy monsoon rainfall, currently making thousands homeless and desperately in need.
Tickets, at £30 per head, include a Pegu Club cocktail on arrival, a bespoke Burmese dinner, and live music and dancing.
